Not to mention having a forum to post data logs where others can view and down load files to their Ecu.which from what I have gathered from Push is also in the works. It is definitely awesome what you have been able to unlock with the factory Ecu but some of us don't want to have to send you our Ecu every time we upgrade something. He has a plug and play setup for the YXZ that he has been offering for well over a year now. They are pretty cheap in the standalone world and have been used by Larue Performance already. Push is wiring up an ECUMaster EMU Black Standalone. We can tune and control over 300 rwhp no problem using the stock ECU. With the developments we have made in the OEM ECU for boost fuel compensation we dont need the standalone for most applications. There are a few people running the Emtron setup with success. I'm now waiting for the release of the 998T to see where I may go next. I've been reviewing this setup and am impressed with the package. Quite impressive !! Also - If one asks John - He will send his YXZ file to load. He will impliment it if asked.Īlso - The software is available for FREE from MoTeC. John has addressed every issue and resolved all but one and he will resolve if this feature is asked for. There's a ton more but sighting just this one example. ![]() Failsafe shifting is built in as well as programmable automatic shifting. Also the ECU and software take the paddle shifting past what is currently offered by Yamaha. As an example - If one has the standard shift transmission and wants to install paddle shifters - He builds the harness to accomodate. John offers the ECU and custom builds the wiring harness specific to each individuals needs. A very easy and intelligent individual who has taken a personal interest in the YXZ as he owns one.
